Employers Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all employers, businesses, or organizations (“you” or “Employer”) who use GigJobz.com to post job opportunities, browse candidate profiles, or engage with job seekers.
1. Platform Usage GigJobz.com provides a platform to help connect Employers with potential job seekers for part- time, gig, or freelance opportunities. While currently free, we reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with notice.
2. Job Posting Requirements By submitting job listings, you agree that: ∙All information is accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory ∙You comply with applicable labor, wage, and employment laws ∙You will not post misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate content ∙Positions must comply with local licensing or permit requirements (where applicable) We reserve the right to remove or edit listings that violate these rules.
3. Candidate Interaction Employers agree to: ∙Treat all applicants professionally and respectfully ∙Use contact information solely for job-related communication ∙Not solicit or spam applicants for unrelated services or marketing GigJobz.com is not responsible for any interaction between you and candidates, including hiring decisions, work conditions, or disputes.
4. No Guarantee of Results GigJobz.com does not guarantee the availability of candidates or success of any recruitment effort. We do not verify every job seeker, background check, or credential.
5. Independent Status Employers are solely responsible for correctly classifying workers as employees or independent contractors, as well as for tax withholdings, benefits, and legal compliance.
6. Prohibited Uses You agree not to: ∙Discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, age, disability, or other protected class ∙Post jobs involving illegal or unsafe activities ∙Misrepresent your company, position, or compensation.
7. Termination We may suspend or remove your account or listings without notice if you violate these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability GigJobz.com disclaims liability for any employment disputes, claims, or damages resulting from use of our platform.
9. Modifications We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
