Job Description
We are looking for professional, dependable, and hospitality-driven bartenders to join our event team.
We cater a variety of events throughout San Diego, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering great guest service.

Important Schedule Expectations
-members are expected to be flexible, proactive, and ready to step in wherever needed. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required, and overtime may be available during busy seasons.
Responsibilities and Duties
-Preparing and serving beverages at events in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
-Maintaining a clean, attractive, and fully stocked bar
-Setting up and breaking down bar stations
-Restoring event spaces to their original condition
-Lifting and moving bar equipment as needed
-Following all company policies and alcohol service regulations
-Adhering to Bella Beverage company uniform and service standards
-Supporting the team wherever needed during event execution
Pay + Growth Opportunities
-Starting pay: Minimum wage + gratuities
-Gratuity paid on top of hourly pay
-Raise opportunities available after proof of successful event execution
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Must be 21+ years old with valid ID
-Minimum 2 years of bartending and hospitality experience
-Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
-Eligible to work in the U.S.
-Must hold current California RBSS Certification
-Must hold a current Food Handler Card
-Ability to lift 50 pounds
-Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional last-minute shifts
-Strong communication skills and professional presentation
-High-volume service experience preferred
-Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
-Able to take initiative and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
